I like love Louise Hay and the affirmations. Have practiced her teaching for years. Sometime she is the only one who can get me through the day! With said, i must admit with the other reviews this years format is HORRIBLE! It takes away from everything thing she is trying to do. It crass, loud and instead of calming me down it wires me up! I hope next year you go back to the other peaceful feeling colors and designs. Get her picture off EVERY PAGE. IT CLEARLY IS DISTRACTING AND TAKES AWAY FROM EVERYTHING SHE STANDS FOR.
